Amigo perfect binder platform,  is available in EVA (hot glue) and PUR versions, adhesive bound products can be produced efficiently and in the highest quality. The fiber rougher technology for greater pull values is now used for PUR production, which was previously only made available for larger, quicker machines,. The Amigo is available in two configurations:

The AmigoEVA processes hot glue in the simplest and easiest way and enables production in the smallest of spaces with the need for just one machine operator. If necessary, the AmigoEVA can be converted into an AmigoPUR at a later date.

The AmigoPUR has an additional separate spine preparation station, thus fulfilling the highest PUR binding quality requirements. Thanks to a PUR nozzle, glue application is only minimal, which means that glue costs are reduced.

With the Pantera perfect binder, several binding processes can now be flexibly implemented in the performance range of up to 4,000 cycles per hour. In addition to conventional hotmelt binding, PUR can now also be processed. This is a great advantage, because PUR binding is becoming more and more popular...even in the middle performance range.

The perfect binder is available with the option Automatic Make Ready System. Due to this  setup and job changeover time can be further reduced. Electrical line shafting allows the perfect binder and the gatherer to be set up separately to run different jobs simultaneously.

As a universal machine, the Bolero is capable of handling a wide range of products. It is suitable for the production of perfect bound books, magazines and catalogs, as well as for the manufacture of book blocks for case binding. This new perfect binder from Muller Martini can also process a large range of product sizes. The Bolero can process maximum product sizes with a spine length of up to 510 mm.
